About Us: Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, and OT services to children of all ages and diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, apraxia, dyslexia, feeding disorders, and developmental delays.
Job Description
· Develops and implements staffing strategies to attract and hire top talent.
· Ensures employee retention at the clinic is maintained at an acceptable level.
· Subject Matter Expert in a variety of HR related programs providing necessary resources to empower employees with the knowledge and materials needed (Benefits, Payroll, Continuous Education resources)
· Reviews accuracy of timesheets and process payroll
· Leads workplace investigations or other inquiries arising out of needs expressed by employees and/or manifestation of policy infraction(s).
· Supports performance management: ensures annual reviews are completed and bonus processed.
· Provides guidance on clinic workforce planning, succession planning process, and talent development.
· Maintains oversight and responsibility for all HR related compliance audits
